Program Specialist – Form Tools and Communication

This role’s purpose is to help leverage technology to solve problems, simplify compliance, and increase communication – leading to more engaged staff, happier foster parents, and ultimately, better outcomes for kids. This role is part of the “corporate” team serving Hope & Home locations all across Colorado. Full time. $18/hour

Overall Description: 

  • Work with departments to determine goals/objectives that will drive technology, systems, automations, and process decisions.     
  • Always work with thought towards current customer experience and how we can better care for customers.  
  • Evaluate project success and consistently monitor for areas of improvement. 

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain H&H CRM technology in order to better serve (from a customer service perspective) both inquiring foster parents, licensed foster parents, and staff.  
    • Maintain current sales funnels and technology flow for individuals interested in becoming foster parents.  
    • Edit as needed current foster parent communications and process flows.  
    • Work with cross-functional teams in order to build, test, and deploy new solutions as needed.  
  • Build H&H Licensing Portal using a white-labeled app. This project will also require ongoing maintenance and support. 
  • Maintain softphone system utilized by Hope & Home.  
  • Build, maintain, and update digital forms used during staff onboarding, licensing, volunteer onboarding, etc.  
  • Help troubleshoot event RSVPs and ensure thoughtful and clear use of RSVP technology.   
  • Assist in the ongoing updating and use of administrative tools used for foster family supports.  
  • Offer, embody, and engage in friendly support to staff, volunteers, foster parents, etc. in their use of these tools. Do so proactively as well as in response to requests as needed.   

Additional Responsibilities: 

  • Participate in Hope & Home foster family events and program-related activities as appropriate.  
  • Support the marketing and fundraising activities of Hope & Home. 
  • All other duties as assigned.

  • Possess clear communication skills, organizational abilities, and a high level of attention to detail. Demonstrate an ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.  
  • Maintain a positive attitude and be open to feedback.  
  • Impressive problem solving skills.
